The Custom Routing feature allows users to define tailored routing paths for their shipments directly within the system. Instead of relying solely on automated routing suggestions, you can now customize routes to meet specific operational or customer requirements.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Dynamic Routing Options: Use system-suggested routes, your custom routings or a combination of both.

• Flexible Port Selection: Specify up to three routing ports for both origin and destination with ease.

• Enhanced Transparency: See suggested routing ports based on validated origin and destination inputs, then override them with your own preferences when needed.

• Simplified Workflow: Custom routing fields dynamically appear only when validated addresses are entered, keeping the interface clean and intuitive.
