Multiple Offers in Internal Quotations

It would be good to present users with multiple options within Internal Quotations
So, before presenting all the rates, perhaps a screen could display:

Option 1 - Optimal routing based on existing logic - total cost, routing, carrier
Option 2 - Suggested selling rate (maybe manually entered/uploaded)

Option 3 - Xeneta (or other provider) index rate

Then the user could select which one to use for the internal quotation.

Or perhaps the other information could be presented somehow within the Internal Quotation.
