Requirement for percentage-, MPU and UNT -based calculators as selection options under the “Standard / Local Charges” (mandatory) section. Currently, our mandatory percentage-, MPU- and UNT-based rates are captured in the “If Applicable” section. This could lead to errors on quotations as it may be excluded in error. Additional notes had to be included next to our mandatory charges - please see below:

Enter Rates in advance of expiration

Applicable to trucking, local charges, and freight. This feature has 2 elements: Being able to enter rates prior to them expiring E.g. today is October 31st and I already know that the rates will need to be updated from November 1st. Currently, I need to wait until tomorrow to update the rate for November, but it would be great if i can enter it as a new line with validity starting tomorrow Seeing historical rates that have been expired instead of overriding Expired rates could be hidden so that only valid charges are displayed with an option to "show expired rates".

Air freight - Airline name & Flight Schedule, and averaged freight rates

There is one request we constantly get from network countries when we reply with a quote done by the Pricing Manager - the PM does not advise airline name, neither flight schedule... I understand freight rate is calculated as an average so there won't be an airline to mention. But at the same time these averages can be considerably higher than the best rate available in WebCargo, especially when premium rates are available, bringing the average higher than it should be based on regular rates only...

Multiple Offers in Internal Quotations

It would be good to present users with multiple options within Internal Quotations So, before presenting all the rates, perhaps a screen could display: Option 1 - Optimal routing based on existing logic - total cost, routing, carrier Option 2 - Suggested selling rate (maybe manually entered/uploaded) Option 3 - Xeneta (or other provider) index rate Then the user could select which one to use for the internal quotation. Or perhaps the other information could be presented somehow within the Internal Quotation.
